Hi, I'm Nidhi Singh, Founder of Grow Calm Daily.

My professional journey began as a Human Resource Manager for a multinational corporation. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working with people from different backgrounds.

I gradually came to recognise human behaviour, emotional and stress-related issues, and the challenges people face. My ability to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming, as well as my deep-rooted values of integrity and respect for others,

About the Founder

Hi, I'm Nidhi Singh, Founder of Grow Calm Daily.

My professional journey began as a Human Resource Manager for a multinational corporation. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working with people from different backgrounds. I gradually came to recognise human behaviour, emotional and stress-related issues, and the challenges people face. My ability to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming, as well as my deep-rooted values of integrity and respect for others, have helped me reach out to people far beyond their roles and responsibilities.

However, my journey was not restricted to the corporate world. Beyond my corporate career, I started my own personal healing process. This phase allowed me to rediscover myself and made me realise that healing isn’t an option and is necessary for every individual. 

I understood that healing and self-development are not possible without emotional balance and awareness.

Being an HR professional and a healer by passion, I combined my professional experiences and my fundamental values of respect for people and integrity, along with empathy, to create a new type of philanthropy, one geared towards helping humanity by raising awareness of healing and self-awareness.

Presently, I am a teacher of Breathwork and Meditation as well as an NLP Coach, helping people in changing their lives through inner. My job is to help people move from anxiety to calm and clarity, from confusion to stability and transition from survival mode into self-development.
